All of our rental properties are less than 30 minutes WALK from the beach and coast of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.

We have rental properties in Aguas Neuvas, Cabo Roig, El Paraiso, Horizonte, Las Chismosas, La Florida, La Zenia, Los Altos including La Cinuelica, Los Balcones, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Torrevieja Town. All properties are accessible from Alicante airport in the north or Murcia airport (San Javier) in the south close to the Mar Menor.

WEGOLO - NEW CHEAP FLIGHT SEARCH SYSTEM. All the cheapest fares on budget airlines. We have used it ourselves and it searches for the cheapest flights so you can come into Alicante, for example, but fly back from Murcia. Once you have found the flights, go onto the individual sites to actually book. It saves a lot of time and could make the difference between booking your holiday and not booking.

Orihuela Costa, or Playas de Orihuela, is less well known than the name of Torrevieja but it is where most non Spaniards now live, providing a "Britain-In-The-Sun" or multicultural atmosphere! Click for Orihuela Costa Map (1000 x 700 pixels).

Orihuela Costa stretches from Punta Prima (on the south side of Torrevieja), through Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa de Campoamor to Mil Palmeras. This Costa Blanca coastline, which seamlessly merges with Torrevieja, offers sandy beaches and bays, many of them flying the coveted European Blue Flag for outstanding quality and facilities.

The CITY of Orihuela is actually about 40 kilometres inland.

Activities in this area include golfing, bird watching, fishing, angling, habernas, aquapark, vision submarina, craft market, hot air balloon, laser games, quad bikes, safari park, scuba diving, ten pin bowling, theme parks, etc.

The apartment is lovely inside and out, very clean and the decor is nice. Straight out onto a balcony on ground level (R005) where we can see the pool and keep an eye on our three boys. The area is great for any age, for either a quiet holiday lounging round the pool or going further a field to the many things to do locally. During the winter months, when the sun is low in the sky, we have indicated which rental properties get the most sunshine on balconies and in gardens due to being mainly south facing and with no obstructions in front such as other tall buildings. Alternatively, they have a roof solarium. Very popular with our friends from Iceland and Northern Europe!!

Please note that some rental properties may not be suitable for less able people due to stairs or spiral staircases to solariums or where properties do not have a lift.

For short breaks, such as long weekends for the sun or the golf, or for visiting the area for property viewing or property completion, you can use ANY property, subject to the length of stay as described on the Properties page.

For much of the year, this works out cheaper than a hotel or motel and in a hotel or motel, you don't get all the useful and convenient facilities like a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, etc, which makes a stay more pleasant and allows you to be independent.
